Scubapro X-Black BCD – NEW + Updated For 2024
The Upgraded Scubapro X-Black BCD 2024. Scubapro’s premium BCD has just been upgraded and improved! The X-Black has a great reputation amongst recreational and professional divers for its quality, feature-rich construction and substantial lift capacity.
While it remains unchanged in terms of lift and design, the X-Black 2024’s bladder is now made from high-quality PU-coated 420 denier nylon on the inside and 840 denier nylon on the outside. These two fabrics are high-frequency welded together and then tested to stand up to scratches and punctures under the most stressful of conditions.
All in all it’s even tougher and wear-resistant than before and still keeps the balance between weight and ruggedness!
Also NEW, the X-Black 2024 comes with four large zippered pockets instead of three. It has 2 pockets on each side, that give it more carrying capacity while better balancing out the BCD. On the shoulders, the NEWLY designed epaulettes are now elastic straps instead of hook and loop for better security and durability.
The backpack padding has been RESTYLED as well and includes the classic SCUBAPRO logo, plus the cummerbund and adjustable harness are more streamlined with Airnet® inner lining to enhance comfort and maximize water drainage.
