Shipping & Delivering Your Order

Delivery Times

Depending on the value and size of your order we will ship within the UK using Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.

Royal Mail second class services (For smaller standard delivery items) may take up to 5 working days from posting.

Please Note: Royal Mail does not consider an item missing until 10 working days from the date of posting.

Larger more valuable items are shipped using DHL, UPS or Royal Mail enhanced services and will be next day delivery with email notifications.

If you as the customer re-direct your shipment or provide other specific instructions to the courier that change the delivery we will consider that you have taken responsibility for the consignment. From that time we are no longer responsible for the delivery.

Where Do We Ship In The UK?

Dive Shop Online uses DHL, UPS or Royal Mail to ship our products. Our courier services and standard rates (Including Free Shipping) only apply to the UK mainland and do not include the following locations or postcodes:

Scottish Highlands (includes postcodes): AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands (includes postcodes): HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly Isle Of Wight or Northern Ireland:

If we are unable to use a Royal Mail standard service to deliver to these locations (Dependant on the value and size of your order) we will use a 2 day courier service which will be charged at an additional cost. This is currently from £15, when applicable we will contact you to arrange for this additional payment. These charges are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for the exact shipping costs for your order.

Who Will Deliver My Order

We use either DHL, UPS or Royal Mail for shipping our orders. We have found these services to be the most reliable, secure and convenient for our customers. We choose the most appropriate service based on the value and physical size of your order. All orders over £25 are delivered using a tracked service.

Where Do We Ship Outside The UK?

Dive Shop Online will deliver to any EU country and Non EU countries. Worldwide delivery takes between 2 and 30 days from dispatch depending on the location.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the size and volumetric weight of the parcel.

Any Import Taxes, Duties or other Excise charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Any Import Taxes, Duties or other Excise charges and any additional shipping or handling charges incurred due to returns or non-delivered items from outside the UK will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refunds due.

Please contact us for your shipping costs. We will then invoice you and arrange payment for those shipping charges and ship as agreed.

Certain products may not be able to be shipped outside of the UK or EU please ask for more details.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Dive Shop Online and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Other Shipping Information & Terms

Non-Deliverable items or items returned to us due to the customer not being available for delivery and/or not collecting from a secondary collection point will incur a handling and/or return shipping charge, currently £15. A second delivery will be chargeable at our usual rate (regardless of order value) with the addition of the return to sender charge. If an order is cancelled any charges incurred will be deducted from any refund due.
