Made from the plastic and nylon of about 1100 plastic drinks bottles, the changing robes are also keeping plastic out of the ocean! The thermal pile fleece lining keeps the user really warm with ample room to move while wearing it or changing under it and the outer shell keeps the wind and rain off!
The hood has a drawstring to help secure it on those windy days at the beach, while the robe is packed with other features making it a real winner.

Charlie McLeod’s Eco Sports Cloak is produced from recycled PET plastic. The plastic is chipped to a fibre this is then transformed into a yarn and ultimately the fabric to produce the inner and outer elements of the Sports Cloak. Approximately 1100 recycled plastic bottles are used to produce one Eco Sports Cloak.
Rightly, as consumers we are paying more attention as to how our purchases are produced, and the foot print they leave behind. In recycling the PET plastic Charlie Mcleod are taking a small step to clean our environment and finding a use for this otherwise unwanted plastic.
