Wetsuit Boots are the simplest way to keep your feet warm, however Wetsuit Boots come in many sizes and shapes and different Wetsuit Boots are better suited for different activities.
Thick heavy duty Wetsuit Boots are great for Diving however the heavy duty sole of these Wetsuit Boots doesnt give you much feeling which is important for Surfing and SUP for example. A more suitable Wetsuit Boot for SUP or Surfing might be a split toe boot or a boot with a lighter sole but still fairly thick neoprene, perhaps 5mm.
