The Fourth Element X-Core Womens Undersuit Vest is a heavyweight thermal diving vest designed to provide exceptional core warmth for cold-water and extended dives. Worn beneath a drysuit, over a baselayer or directly against the skin, its four-way stretch fabric delivers a close, comfortable fit while the sleeveless design minimises bulk and maintains freedom of movement. Fast-wicking fabric and an additional chest panel provide enhanced thermal protection, helping keep you warmer and drier for longer.

Designed to work as part of a drysuit layering system, X-Core can be worn beneath an Arctic, Halo A°R or other drysuit undergarment. For maximum thermal performance, wear it over a lightweight baselayer such as J2 or Xerotherm. It can also be worn directly against the skin when additional core protection is required.
The sleeveless design provides targeted warmth while minimising bulk around the shoulders and arms, helping maintain freedom of movement during a dive. It also helps minimise the impact on overall buoyancy compared with a bulkier full-sleeve thermal layer.
X-Core combines four-way stretch fabric with a long body design to provide a close, comfortable fit that helps minimise cold spots. An additional chest panel delivers extra insulation across a key exposure area while helping reduce the rush of cold air from the drysuit inlet valve.
Managing moisture is equally important when diving in cold conditions. The fast-wicking fabric moves perspiration towards the outer surface, helping keep the wearer drier and warmer throughout the dive.
The heavyweight X-Core vest contains 76% recycled polyester and uses Polartec® Power Stretch® fabric for a combination of warmth, stretch and durability. The fabric is bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® certified, while odour-resistant properties and machine-washable construction make the vest practical for regular use.
